> One problem per page. The most likely cause first, the fix in steps, and an honest answer when there isn't one. Every policy point links to the platform's own help page.

## Problems

- [Google rating or review count not updating](https://reviewsnot.com/rating-or-review-count-not-updating/) (updated 2026-10-02): New reviews are on the profile but the star rating or the number beside it has not moved. Google's own answer is that the score lags. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/rating-or-review-count-not-updating.md
- [Google review link not working](https://reviewsnot.com/google-review-link-not-working/) (updated 2026-10-02): Customers tap your review link or scan the QR code and nothing useful happens. Usually the link came from the wrong place, or the QR code was made on a phone. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/google-review-link-not-working.md
- [Google reviews not showing](https://reviewsnot.com/showing-on-google/) (updated 2026-10-02): A review was left on your Google Business Profile and you cannot see it: the six causes Google documents, and which of them you can fix. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/showing-on-google.md
- [How to report a fake Google review](https://reviewsnot.com/report-a-fake-google-review/) (updated 2026-10-02): Flag a review that breaks Google's content policies, then track the report. Google says evaluation typically takes several days. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/report-a-fake-google-review.md
- [Reviews meant for a different business](https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-meant-for-another-business/) (updated 2026-10-02): A review on your profile describes somewhere else. It is a reporting job, not an editing job — you cannot remove it yourself. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-meant-for-another-business.md
- [Reviews on a duplicate Google listing](https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-on-a-duplicate-listing/) (updated 2026-10-02): Your reviews are split across two profiles for the same business, or stuck on the one you do not manage. Merging is the route, with one thing you lose. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-on-a-duplicate-listing.md
- [All my Google reviews have disappeared](https://reviewsnot.com/all-my-google-reviews-disappeared/) (updated 2026-10-02): Every review gone at once is usually the profile, not the reviews: a merge, a suspension, or a reinstatement. Here is how to tell which. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/all-my-google-reviews-disappeared.md
- [Can't leave a Google review](https://reviewsnot.com/cant-leave-a-google-review/) (updated 2026-10-02): You want to review a business and Google will not let you. Usually the business cannot receive reviews, or your app needs updating. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/cant-leave-a-google-review.md
- [Reviews not showing on Google Maps](https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-not-showing-on-google-maps/) (updated 2026-10-02): No reviews on Maps at all usually means the profile is not showing, not that the reviews went missing. Verification, suspension and timing explain most of it. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-not-showing-on-google-maps.md
- [My Google review isn't showing for other people](https://reviewsnot.com/my-review-isnt-showing-for-other-people/) (updated 2026-10-02): You left a review, you can see it, nobody else can. Usually it is still being checked; sometimes it was removed and will not come back. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/my-review-isnt-showing-for-other-people.md
- [Reviews are turned off for my business category](https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-turned-off-for-my-category/) (updated 2026-10-02): No reviews section at all on your profile. Google limits reviews by category and region, and switches them off permanently for some. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/reviews-turned-off-for-my-category.md
- [Why a Google review was removed](https://reviewsnot.com/why-a-google-review-was-removed/) (updated 2026-10-02): A review was there and now it is gone. These are the policies Google removes reviews under, and the one case where it comes back. Markdown: https://reviewsnot.com/why-a-google-review-was-removed.md
