  2. Can’t be fixed

    It broke one of Google's content policies

    Google's content policy bars fake and misleading content, incentivised or biased reviews, off-topic commentary, harassment, personal information and advertising, among others. Google says reviews removed for policy violations will not be restored.

    Fix Nothing to do. If the point you wanted to make is about your own experience at the place, a rewritten review that sticks to that experience can be posted again.

    Google says reviews are available only in certain countries or regions and for certain business categories, and that reviews and ratings are removed and disabled for profiles primarily categorised as educational institutions for students aged 6 to 18.
