Two profiles were merged that should not have been

Google says that when two profiles are merged, their reviews are combined, and that to appeal the duplicate status both businesses must be eligible and distinct from one another.

Fix Contact support to appeal the duplicate status rather than reporting the reviews one by one.

Questions

Asked about this problem

Can I delete a review from my own profile?

No. Reporting it for a policy breach is the only documented route.

Which reason should I pick when reporting it?

Off-topic. A review about a different business is not about your place, which is exactly what that policy covers.

Should I reply to a review meant for someone else?

Yes, briefly and without blame. Everyone who reads the review reads the reply, and it is the only part you control.
