    You recently merged two profiles

    Google says that if you recently merged Business Profiles, it might take a few days for reviews from both profiles to display on Search and Maps.

    Fix Wait a few days after the merge before doing anything else.

  2. Platform’s call

    The profile is suspended or disabled

    Google says it may suspend or disable Business Profiles that do not follow its guidelines, and that while a profile is suspended the public cannot go to it and the owner and managers cannot act on it.

    Fix Appeal through the Business Profile appeals tool. Google recommends submitting evidence such as business registration, a licence or a utility bill.

    Google says reviews might sometimes be removed after a Business Profile is reinstated.

    Fix There is nothing to change on your side. Raise it with Google support, pointing at the reinstatement date.

Not always. Google says reviews might sometimes be removed after a Business Profile is reinstated.

Did Google delete my reviews because they were old?

Age is not one of the reasons Google documents. The reasons it lists are the policy check, a recent merge, old phones or software, policy removals, temporarily disabled user content, and reinstatement.

How long should I wait after merging two profiles?

Google says it might take a few days for reviews from both profiles to display on Search and Maps.

Can I get a removed review back?

Not if it was removed for a policy violation: Google says those will not be restored.
