    The profile is suspended or disabled

    Google says that if a Business Profile violates its guidelines it becomes disabled or suspended and will not show to other users on Google until the issue is resolved, and that while a profile is suspended the public cannot go to it.

    Fix Appeal through the Business Profile appeals tool. Google recommends submitting evidence such as business registration, a licence or a utility bill.

An unverified or suspended profile can still be visible to you while it is not showing to anyone else. Google says only verified businesses can show their business info on Maps and Search.

How long after an edit should Maps update?

Google says changes can take up to three days to appear.

My business is brand new and nobody can find it. Is that broken?

Not necessarily. Google says rankings for new businesses can take up to a month to appear in search results.

Is this the same as a single review not showing?

No. If the profile is visible and one review is missing, that is the policy check, and the page on Google reviews not showing covers it.
